Libya is a country in the Maghreb region in North Africa. It is extremely dangerous due to crime, terrorism, civil unrest, kidnapping, and armed conflict.

The largest religion is Islam (96.6%). There are around 2.48% Christian. Of those, 0.16% were Evangelical Christian.
Mission
About one-third of Libyans live below the national poverty line. It is ranked 4th in the persecution ranking. 97% of Libyans are Sunni Muslims. Extremist groups (Muslim Brotherhood and ISIS) operate throughout the country. Friends and family also every persecute Christians and converts. The annual Evangelical growth is 5.2%.
